Booking: Reservations should be made from Saturday to Saturday. The duration of stay shall be no shorter than one week. In order to receive a better service, please send us an e-mail. Payment: Your reservation will be considered valid and definitive after paying a deposit corresponding 1/3 of the total amount. The deposit can be payed by postal order or bank transfer. Balance and tourist tax (in addition to final-cleaning cost) must be payed in our office at the time of the delivery of the key.

Prices: Prices include Leased Fee and Agency Fee.
Tourist tax: (to pay locally by cash) € 0.50 per person per night until a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. For stays longer than 14 nights, our customer will pay a flat free calculated on 14 nights. Children up to 12 years old are exempted from paying the tourist tax.
FINAL COMPULSORY CLEANING: (To pay locally): Final cleaning: € 70,00 (compulsory). Cleaning and Disinfection will be performed by Certified Companies operating specifically in this industry.However, you are asked to return the accommodation in order, with kitcken equipment ( pots, glasses, plates, cutlery,...) clean.
Pets allowed: for the holiday with animals, where permitted, must be requested the permission to the Agency.
Pet-friendly:In case of stay with pet / pets You must previously request. For holiday with animals must be paid € 20,00 as a compulsory extra.
Arrivals and departures: The day of arrival our customers can reach their accommodations from 4 PM ( Check-in from 4 PM to 7 PM at our office). Check-out and delivery of the key no later than 10 AM.
