Located in a quiet secondary street, but a few steps from the Lido's center and the equipped bathing establishment. About 200m far away from the sea. The house faced on a green area, that gives more privacy and tranquility.

On the ground floor there is a large tiled garden, with high fenced, in this way it's possible parking one or two cars inside the garden totally safetly.

On the first floor there is a balcony with outdoor fornitures (table and chairs), from the balcony there is the access to the Villetta : a large bright living-room with a double sofa bed, Satellite TV, kitchenette with electric oven, fridge with freezer, another balcony with openable veranda with sofa, bathroom with shower box, washing machine and air conditioning in the living room. On the second floor two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There is a air conditioning in each bedroom. The windows of the two dedrooms have mosquito nets and blackout curtains (no shutters).

Payment: Your reservation will be considered valid and definitive after paying a deposit corresponding 1/3 of the total amount. The deposit can be payed by postal order or bank transfer. Balance and tourist tax (in addition to final-cleaning cost) must be payed in our office at the time of the delivery of the key.

Tourist tax: (to pay locally by cash) € 0.30 per person per night until a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. For stays longer than 14 nights, our customer will pay a flat free calculated on 14 nights. Children up to 12 years old are exempted from paying the tourist tax.
FINAL COMPULSORY CLEANING: (To pay locally): Final cleaning: € 70,00 (compulsory). Cleaning and Disinfection will be performed by Certified Companies operating specifically in this industry.However, you are asked to return the accommodation in order, with kitcken equipment ( pots, glasses, plates, cutlery,...) clean.
Pets allowed: for the holiday with animals, where permitted, must be requested the permission to the Agency.
Pet-friendly:In case of stay with pet / pets You must previously request. For holiday with animals must be paid € 20,00 as a compulsory extra.
Arrivals and departures: The day of arrival our customers can reach their accommodations from 4 PM ( Check-in from 4 PM to 7 PM at our office). Check-out and delivery of the key no later than 10 AM.
